Each round takes you through the primal motions of crawling, standing, and climbing—building strength from the ground up.

THE WORKOUT:

Each round follows a natural progression: Crawl → Get Up → Explode → Climb

No wasted movement. Every rep pushes your endurance and mobility.

Stay controlled but powerful.

LEVELS:

1️⃣ Beginner 3 Rounds – Gorilla Crawl Up → Gorilla Get Up (knee) → Gorilla Squats → Gorilla Climbers (10 reps)

2️⃣ Intermediate: 4 Rounds – Gorilla Crawl Up → Gorilla Get Up → Gorilla Jump Squats → Gorilla Climbers (10 reps)

3️⃣ Advanced: 4 Rounds – Gorilla Crawl Up → Gorilla Get Up → Gorilla Push Squats → Gorilla Climbers (10 reps)

KEY POINTERS:

Move with purpose. The transition from crawling to standing should be seamless and explosive.

Focus on form. Keep your core tight and movements controlled—don’t rush sloppy reps.

Minimal rest. Push through each round, taking only short breaks if needed.

Test your endurance. If you’re advanced, power through all rounds unbroken.
