KEY POINTERS:
✔ Stay low, stay explosive. Power through each crawl and drive through the push-up.
✔ Control your rest. Beginners should aim to complete the challenge with no more than 2 minutes of total rest.
✔ Test your endurance. Intermediate and advanced levels should focus on smooth, controlled movement with minimal to no breaks.
